Having graduated from Algonquin College's program Culinary Management, I took some time to work in the food industry before making the decision to become a farmer.
I managed to tuck a few experiences under my belt, from cooking with celebrity chefs to participating in numerous cooking competitions.
Now I'm here to bring my cooking skills to the farm, the farmer's market and, to you.
I'm just getting set up from the move to become a Maritimer, but you'll be able to find my baking around Amherst, NS shortly.
I'll also be doing weekly cooking demos at the Amherst Farmers' Market starting in April.
