Sweet with a bit of heat, this well-balanced sugar and salt spice blend is smokey and earthy, and even that description doesn't do this blend justice.

This is the one that started it all.  *We're not big on the name, but I'm working on that... This is the blend we had originally made for ourselves some time ago, we shared it with friends, and people just wanted more.

We can't even start to discuss what it's used on...
It may be easier to suggest what not to use it on.

This spice lends itself well to pretty much anything you can imagine, but some of our faves are chicken, pork, fish... someone we know puts it on lobster... eggs, roasted potatoes, popcorn... and more. 
 
This one comes in three sizes, and we'll probably need to make a larger jar, as people put this on everything.
